Yoga Flow @ Pentyrch Village Hall

Service Description

A strong class with modifications for mobile beginners but plenty to challenge an intermediate yogi too. Designed to improve strength, flexibility and mobility with a gentle inward focus to improve both physical and mental well being. Prepare to get lost in a flow linking movement with breath that will make your heart sing, working up a gentle heat in the body but with some wonderful stretches to relax and calm too. A perfect balance of energising flow and soothing stretches. You will need to bring your own mat, but I provide blocks and straps.

Cancelation Policy

Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall, Miskin Manor Health Club or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event
