While flow based yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments and joints. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Slow and meditative, with guided breath and relaxation, this floor based yoga will bring about a deep calm to your body and mind. Finishing with gorgeous Yoga Nidra, you will leave feeling deeply relaxed, the stress of the day gone, your nervous system soothed. Suitable for all levels including beginners but an ability to rise up and down from the floor is essential. Bring along a mat, blanket, pillow and if you have one a bolster. Bricks and blocks are provided for support.
Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall, Miskin Manor Health Club or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event
