If you are struggling to get to my group classes or you haven't the confidence to join in with a class or maybe you would like guidance on a more personal level with a class tailored to your needs, then my personal classes may be perfect for you. I can hold these in your own home, on-line or any location that you feel comfortable in. Please do contact me for more information or to have a chat about how I can help.

Cancellation Policy

Block Booking cancellations can be made via the app. To cancel a booking at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, All Hallows Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Ystradowen Village Hall, Miskin Manor Health Club or other classes that are booked via my website or app please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if 24 hours notice is not given. Bookings and cancellations for classes at any other locations are to be done directly with them. Special events cancellation: 100% refund if more than one weeks notice given, 50% refund in the event of 1 to 7 days notice given. No refunds issued in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the event
