FAQ

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT TO YOUR CLASSES?

Mats can be provided at Mountain Yoga and Village Gyms.  But you will need to bring your own mat to my classes at at all other venues.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Yes absolutely. Please do get in contact and we can talk about what you would like to achieve. I can offer classes on a one to one basis or for small or large groups either as an event or a course of lessons to develop your personal practice.

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

All but the Restorative and Yoga Nidra classes, my classes are based on vinyasa flows. These are poses that move directly into the next forming a flowing sequence. I vary these poses and the pace to create a variety of classes - The Hatha Flow / Slow Flow classes for instance are gentler than my Fire Flow / Vinyasa Flow classes. Though challenging at times, I always offer modifications and will talk my students through each pose so that they can move safely and confidently and get the most from their practice. If you are a beginner I offer specific classes for you which you may prefer.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

I ask for 24 hours notice  please for cancellations at Pentyrch Village Hall, Taffs Well Village Hall, Radyr Methodist Church and All Hallows, Miskin. I cannot guarantee a refund or the transfer of the booking if the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice.

All other venues will need to be booked and therefore cancelled directly with the venues booking system. For events and retreats I apply a separate refund policy.

CAN BLOCK BOOKINGS BE USED AT DIFFERENT VENUES?

Yes. If you buy four classes in advance you receive a discount and these can be taken at either Taffs Well Village Hall, Radyr Methodist Hall or Pentyrch Village Hall over an 8 week period.  There is a separate block booking for my 90 minute Yin Yang and Sound Classes in Ystradowen.
